Our mission is to:
Work with each hospital or community clinic, to equip the store room with iron bars, locks, air conditioning, shelves, ladders and hand trucks
Train the pharmacy staff on how to manage inventory, and on good pharmacy practices
Work closely with a pharmacy manager at each location to determine what medicines are needed and in which quantities, and jointly prepare orders, every 6 months
Purchase medicines from non-profit pharmaceutical suppliers, who also supply the World Health Organisation. This guarantees a steady supply of high quality products at the lowest possible cost.
Import and supply the medicines to the public hospital and clinics in Roatan and ultimately across the Bay Islands.
